Captain Bar
- Be responsible of beverage products and canteen stuff which will be served to the guest according to resorts standard
- Control and check the bar stock of wine, soft drink, fruits and canteen stuff
- Be familiar with names and purposes of all beverage and canteen items in stock. Know how to prepare international cocktails, long drinks and mixes
- Make sure that all drinks are according to list specifications, properly presented
- Set up bar, side stations, side tables and display
- Be courteous, warm smiling, while dealing with guests. Be effect fast and serve with sure hand
Persyaratan :
- Candidate must possess at least SMU
- Required language(s): English
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): English
- Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
