MAINTENANCE MANAGER

Specific Requirements:

• Minimum S-1 Degree majoring Mechanical from reputable University 5 Years experience in Management Level
• Complies with all environmental, safety and health policies governing safe maintenancepractices
• Review specifies tooling, assembly systems for manufacturing equipment Implements TPM concepts and measures the effectiveness
• Lead problem solving teams in analyzing and resolving complex maintenance issues.
• Prioritized and deploys critical resources to maintenance issues aligned to production schedules
• Establishes measurements to track maintenance performance
• Utilized Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) methodology to prevent potential equipment failures

SENIOR QUALITY ENGINEER

Specific Requirements :

• Degree in Engineering related field, prefer Manufacturing or Technical, having strong experience of working in a quality improvement role Minimum of 3 years experience for similar position, or in a related occupation
• Experience managing a certified quality management system (e.g. TS16949, ISO, OHSAS) or relevantexperience
• Proven track record with problem solving techniques - Six-Sigma, a-Discipline, Pareto Charts, Regression Analysis, ANOVA, DOE, Fish Bone Analysis
• Working experience in quality analysis and control - Process Flow
• Diagrams, Process FMEAs, Process Control Plans, SPC, MSA, Capability Project management experience; certifications such as ASQ, Six Sigma (GB/BB), Lead Internal Auditor is an advantage

General Qualifications:

• Strong root cause analysis and analytical problem-solvingskills with good decision making ability
